Designing Mission-Driven Classroom Communities
This course helps educators design mission-driven classroom communities where students understand their role, adults are aligned, and learning is protected before intervention becomes necessary.
Course 1 focuses on the classroom as the first mission space. Participants build mission-driven classroom tools while also examining adult alignment, family partnership, and sustainability. Future Tier Zero pathways may expand more deeply into leadership systems, student support, family partnership, and community asset mapping.
Participants examine classroom environment, shared mission, community agreements, student ownership, adult alignment, reset/reintegration, family partnership, and sustainability.
Participants complete practical design tasks across nine modules and finish the course with a Classroom Mission Blueprint™ for their own classroom, school, counseling, leadership, or student-support context.
